Baked Chicken Breasts With Cheese Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Chicken breasts - split | |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Swiss cheese slices |
1 can | Cream of celery soup | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sherry |
1 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Herb-flavored croutons |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
Arrange chicken in a greased 2-quart shallow baking dish; put cheese slices over chicken. Mix soup with sherry; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with croutons; dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350'F oven 1 hour, or until tender.
