Cranberry-Raspberry Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
This sauce also makes a terrific sandwich spread or dessert topping (just thin it with a little water).

3/4 cup | 177ml | Steel's Raspberry Jam |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Freshly-grated ginger |
In a pot over moderate heat, mix cranberries, jam, ginger and 1 cup water. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries have popped and sauce has thickened.
This recipe yields 10 servings.
