Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlSour cream
1/4 cup 59mlMayonnaise
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlTobasco sauce
  = (or your favorite hot sauce)

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently. Do not allow to boil. Spoon over vegetables when ready to serve.

Ideal with cooked asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower or green beans.

This recipe yields 6 servings; 2.1 carb grams per serving.
