Sweet French Waffles Recipe - Cooking Index
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Eggs (large) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cream cheese - softened |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Melted butter |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Splenda |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Atkins Bake Mix |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
In blender, mix first four ingredients and blend until creamy. Add dry ingredients; blend until well mixed and creamy. Prepare as usual for your waffle maker.
This recipe yields 3 large waffles; 4.5 carb grams per full waffle.
