Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlButter
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped onion
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped dill pickle
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped capers
2 tablespoons 30mlWine vinegar
1   Sugar Twin
1 cup 237mlSour cream
1 tablespoon 15mlDijon mustard
2 tablespoons 30mlKitchen Bouquet
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlFreshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

In a saucepan, melt butter and saute the chopped onion.

Add dill pickle, capers, wine vinegar, and Sugar Twin. Simmer for 2 minutes; add sour cream, and stir over low heat until smooth.

Add mustard, Kitchen Bouquet, salt and pepper. Blend well and serve at once.
