Mushroom-Garlic Pasta Dough

Recipe Ingredients

1   Egg
1 tablespoon 15mlOil
1/4 cup 59mlWater
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
14 1/2 teaspoons 72mlBlack pepper - (freshly grnd., if possible)
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced garlic - (more if you like garlic)
5   Sized mushrooms (medium)
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozFlour - (regular, everyday, bleached or unbl

Recipe Instructions

Put flour in mixing bin of pasta machine. Puree first 7 ingredients. Add to flour in mixing bin. Thoroughly blend. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour, a little at a time; if the dough is too dry, add more water, a little at a time, until the dough is the correct consistency to be extruded.

This takes practice and learning what your machine can handle and what *you* can handle (separating strands of noodles!). Extrude.
