Mushroom-Garlic Pasta Dough Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
14 1/2 teaspoons | 72ml | Black pepper - (freshly grnd., if possible) |

Put flour in mixing bin of pasta machine. Puree first 7 ingredients. Add to flour in mixing bin. Thoroughly blend. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour, a little at a time; if the dough is too dry, add more water, a little at a time, until the dough is the correct consistency to be extruded.
This takes practice and learning what your machine can handle and what *you* can handle (separating strands of noodles!). Extrude.
