Remoulade Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Mayonnaise |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Zatarain's Creole mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped garlic |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh lemon juice - (scant) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco sauce |
Combine all ingredients. Cover and store in refrigerator.
This recipe yields approximately 1 3/4 cups sauce; trace carbs.
