1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - softened |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Splenda |
2 oz | 56g | Unsweetened baking chocolate |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Refrigerated or frozen egg product - thawed |
Cream butter and Splenda together.
Melt chocolate and blend into butter mixture when cooled. Stir in vanilla. Add egg product. Beat well with mixer until smooth.
Chill 1 to 2 hours minimum. Top with whipped cream (3.3 carb grams per cup), if desired.
This recipe yields 4 servings; recipe total 11 grams of carbs, per serving 2.9 grams of carbs.
