French Silk Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter - softened
2/3 cup 157mlSplenda
2 oz 56gUnsweetened baking chocolate
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozRefrigerated or frozen egg product - thawed

Recipe Instructions

Cream butter and Splenda together.

Melt chocolate and blend into butter mixture when cooled. Stir in vanilla. Add egg product. Beat well with mixer until smooth.

Chill 1 to 2 hours minimum. Top with whipped cream (3.3 carb grams per cup), if desired.

This recipe yields 4 servings; recipe total 11 grams of carbs, per serving 2.9 grams of carbs.
