1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Seasoned salt |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Margarine or butter |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Prosciutto or thinly sliced |
Fully cooked smoked ham - cut | ||
Into thin strips | ||
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Freshly grated parmesan cheese |
Cook mostaccioli as directed on package; drain. Cook and stir onions, pine nuts and seasoned salt in margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until onions are tender, about 3 minutes. Toss onion mixture, prosciutto, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the hot mostaccioli. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 4 SERVINGS
