Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe - Cooking Index

2 | Bags frozen chopped broccoli | |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | American cheese - cut into cubes |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Bring broccoli and broth to boil, simmer 5 minutes, and add American Cheese cubes. Heat on low until cheese melts, add salt and pepper to taste. If soup is too thick, add heavy cream to thin to desired consistency.
This recipe yields 6 servings; approximately 4 carb grams per serving.
