Spicy Pepitas Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Jalapeño chile - seeded, deveined | |
| 1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Chopped onion | 
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro | 
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Unsalted pepitas (pumpkin seeds) - roasted | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cream cheese | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Heavy cream | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice | 
| Tortilla chips - for serving | 
In a food processor, mix the chile, onion, cilantro, pepitas, salt, pepper, cream cheese, heavy cream and lime juice to make a thick, smooth paste. Taste; check seasonings. Serve with tortilla chips.
