Cherry Cordial

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb	227g / 8oz	Cherries - (abt 1 1/4 cups)
		Amaretto - as needed
		Sugar - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Fill a sterilized jar with cherries. Pours in enough amaretto to cover the fruit and add up to 1 tablespoon sugar. Cover the cordial and store it in a dark place for at least three months, preferably a year.
