Mediterranean Pasta Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Chopped tomato |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh basil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Crushed red pepper |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
4 cups | 948ml | Cooked angel hair pasta |
Cooked without salt or fat | ||
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Crumbled feta cheese - (1 ounce) |
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Let stand 10 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup tomato mixture, 1 cup pasta, and 1 tablespoon cheese).
