Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 250g / 8.8ozChopped tomato
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1 tablespoon 15mlRed wine vinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCrushed red pepper
1   Garlic - minced
4 cups 948mlCooked angel hair pasta
  Cooked without salt or fat
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozCrumbled feta cheese - (1 ounce)

Recipe Instructions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Let stand 10 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup tomato mixture, 1 cup pasta, and 1 tablespoon cheese).
