Edendale Grill's Waldorf Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Apples - diced small |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - diced small |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Walnuts - coarsely chopped |

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, combine the apples and celery. Stir the mayonnaise mixture into the apples and celery.
Spoon into lettuce cups or onto a bed of lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with the walnuts and serve.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
