Edendale Grill's Waldorf Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlMayonnaise
1/4 cup 59mlSour cream
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lemon juice
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozApples - diced small
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCelery - diced small
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozWalnuts - coarsely chopped
1   Butter lettuce - leaves washed,
  And trimmed

Recipe Instructions

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, combine the apples and celery. Stir the mayonnaise mixture into the apples and celery.

Spoon into lettuce cups or onto a bed of lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with the walnuts and serve.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
