| 2 oz | 56g | Sliced hard-boiled egg |
| 6 oz | 170g | Sliced beefsteak tomatoes |
| 4 1/2 oz | 127g | Sliced cucumber |
| 1 oz | 28g | Shredded carrot |
| 2 oz | 56g | Kalamata olives with pits |
| 1/2 oz | 14g | Shredded red cabbage |
| 1 oz | 28g | Romaine lettuce |
| 7 1/2 oz | 213g | Iceberg lettuce |
| 4 oz | 113g | Blue Cheese, Ranch, Thousand Island, |
| Greek, Italian or French dressing |
Combine all ingredients. Serve with a roll or crackers.
