Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlPitted dates - (1/2 lb)
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozRaisins
1   Sweet apple - peeled, cored,
  And coarsely chopped
1/2 cup 118mlWalnut pieces
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated fresh ginger
3/4 tablespoon 11mlGround cinnamon
1/4 cup 59mlSweet kosher wine

Recipe Instructions

Combine the dates, raisins, apple, walnuts, ginger and cinnamon in a food processor and pulse a few times. Stir in the wine.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
