Crab Salad With Mango And Lime

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlLight mayonnaise
2 tablespoons 30mlLime juice
1 lb 454g / 16ozCooked Dungeness crab meat
1   Celery stalk - diced
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozMinced red onion
1   Mango - diced
3 tablespoons 45mlMinced basil
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlButter lettuce head (small)

Recipe Instructions

Mix the mayonnaise and lime juice in a bowl. Add the crab, celery, red onion, mango, basil, salt and pepper. Chill.

Serve on butter lettuce leaves.
