Crab Salad With Mango And Lime Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cooked Dungeness crab meat |
1 | Celery stalk - diced | |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced red onion |
1 | Mango - diced | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Minced basil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Butter lettuce head (small) |
Mix the mayonnaise and lime juice in a bowl. Add the crab, celery, red onion, mango, basil, salt and pepper. Chill.
Serve on butter lettuce leaves.
