New York-Style Chocolate Malted Recipe - Cooking Index
For a vanilla malted milk, omit the chocolate syrup.
Serves: 2 people1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cold milk |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vanilla ice cream |
1/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Thick chocolate syrup |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Malted milk powder |
Combine the milk, ice cream, chocolate syrup and powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
This recipe yields 1 to 2 servings.
Each of 2 servings: 282 calories; 210 mg sodium; 35 mg cholesterol; 10 grams fat; 6 grams saturated fat; 45 grams carbohydrates; 8 grams protein; 0.74 gram fiber.
