1/2 cup | 118ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Simple syrup - (to 3) - see * Note |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Club soda |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Black salt - (to 1/4) |

* Note: To make simple syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring, until most of the sugar is dissolved. Simple syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for several months.
Combine the lime juice, simple syrup and club soda. Stir in a dash of Indian black salt, just enough to give an edge to the drink. Serve in iced tea glasses over ice.
