1   Butter lettuce head
1/2   Radishes - thinly sliced
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
2 tablespoons 30mlWhite wine vinegar
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine the lettuce and radishes in a large bowl. Drizzle them with the oil and vinegar and toss. Season to taste with the salt and pepper.
