Mint Gimlet Recipe - Cooking Index
Fresh mint leaves, as needed | ||
2 oz | 56g | Fresh lime juice |
Ice - as needed | ||
5 oz | 142g | Grey Goose vodka |
Splash of simple syrup | ||
2 | Lime wedges |
Cover the bottom of two highball glasses with fresh mint leaves. In each glass, pour an ounce of fresh lime juice that has been sweetened with simple syrup. Muddle (mash) juice and leaves. Fill each glass with ice. Pour 2 1/2 ounces of vodka in each glass. Add a splash of simple syrup. Garnish with lime wedge.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
