Mamie's Million-Dollar Fudge Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 1/2 cups | 891g / 31oz | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |

| 1 | Evaporated milk - (12 oz) | |
| 1 | Semisweet chocolate chips - (12 oz) | |
| 12 oz | 340g | Sweet baking chocolate - broken into pieces |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Marshmallow cream |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Chopped walnuts or pecans |
Grease a 13- by 9-inch baking pan. Set aside.
Combine the sugar, butter, salt and milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine the semisweet and sweet chocolate, marshmallow cream and nuts in a mixing bowl.
Pour the sugar mixture over the chocolate and beat until the chocolate is melted. Turn into the baking pan.
Cool the fudge until firm, several hours. Cut the fudge into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container.
This recipe yields 117 pieces.
Each piece: 84 calories; 13 mg sodium; 2 mg cholesterol; 3 grams fat; 1 gram saturated fat; 14 grams carbohydrates; 1 gram protein; 0.39 gram fiber.
