Macaroni Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Cooked elbow macaroni - chilld |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Diced pimento |
1 | Hard cooked egg - fine chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped scallion |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Plain low fat yogut |
1 | Pepper |
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend. At least 1 hour.
Makes 2 servings....
