Mango Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlVanilla-flavored soy beverage
1   Mango - peeled, seeded,
  And diced
2 tablespoons 30mlLime juice
4   Fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons 30mlHoney
1 cup 237mlIce cubes

Recipe Instructions

Place the soy beverage, mango, lime juice, mint leaves and honey into the jar of a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
