Mango Smoothie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Vanilla-flavored soy beverage |
1 | Mango - peeled, seeded, | |
And diced | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
4 | Fresh mint leaves | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
1 cup | 237ml | Ice cubes |
Place the soy beverage, mango, lime juice, mint leaves and honey into the jar of a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
