Herbed Cottage Cheese Recipe - Cooking Index
For a quick snack, keep a batch of the cheese mixture in the fridge. Instead of toast, try it with celery or carrot sticks.

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh dill |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh tarragon |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Snipped chives |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 | Freshly-ground white pepper | |
8 | Rye toast |
Combine the cottage cheese, dill, tarragon, chives, salt and white pepper in a small bowl. Spread about 1/4 cup of the cottage cheese mixture on each slice of warm toast. Serve shredded carrots and alfalfa sprouts alongside.
