Luciano Pavorotti's Uncooked Instant Pasta Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Italian tomato paste
1/4 cup	59ml	Olive oil
4 teaspoons	20ml	Parsley - chopped finely
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic - minced
		Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons	30ml	Grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients except cheese in serving bowl. Very important to mix with a fork. Cook pasta of your choic, al dente. Drain, but do not rinse. Pour sauce over and mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
