Luciano Pavorotti's Uncooked Instant Pasta Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Italian tomato paste |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Parsley - chopped finely |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic - minced |
Pepper to taste | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
Mix all ingredients except cheese in serving bowl. Very important to mix with a fork. Cook pasta of your choic, al dente. Drain, but do not rinse. Pour sauce over and mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
