1 | Bag salad greens - (5 oz) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced parsley |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Olive oil |
Place the greens in a serving bowl.
Combine the vinegar, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in the olive oil. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
