1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
20 | Garlic - minced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley - minced |
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Plum tomatoes - crushed |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Green pepper - chopped (small) |
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 45 minutes.
