Savory Corn Pudding

Recipe Ingredients

2   Whole-kernel corn - (11 oz ea) - drained
4   Eggs
2 tablespoons 30mlFlour - dissolved in
1/2 cup 118mlMilk
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozMelted butter - (1/2 stick)
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Butter a 2-quart casserole. Heat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place the corn, eggs, flour, butter and salt and pepper to taste in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into the casserole. Bake the pudding until puffed and golden, 45 minutes.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
