South Pole Special Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozMargarine - (1 stick)
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter - (1 stick)
3/4 cup 120g / 4.2ozBrown sugar - (packed)
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozGranulated sugar
2   Eggs
2 teaspoons 10mlVanilla extract
2 1/2 cups 156g / 5.5ozFlour
1 teaspoon 5mlBaking soda
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
2/3 cup 73g / 2.6ozChocolate chips
2/3 cup 73g / 2.6ozWhite chocolate chips
2/3 cup 131g / 4.6ozButterscotch chips
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozNuts - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Cream the margarine and butter with the brown and granulated sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt and add to the creamed mixture. Stir in the chocolate, white and butterscotch chips along with the nuts.

Drop rounded spoonfuls of batter 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet. Bake the cookies until they're pale golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes.

This recipe yields about 48 cookies.
