Poultry Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground thyme |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground sage |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground rosemary |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground coriander |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground paprika |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground marjoram |
Combine the thyme, sage, rosemary, coriander, basil, paprika, pepper and marjoram. Store in an airtight jar or container.
This recipe yields 5 1/2 teaspoons.
