Linguine With Garlic-And-Red Pepper Oil

3 tablespoons 45mlOlive oil
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCrushed red pepper
4 teaspoons 20mlGarlic cloves - minced (large)
6 cups 1422mlHot cooked linguine
  (1 pound uncooked pasta)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPepper

Recipe Instructions

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add red pepper, and cook 2 minutes. Add garlic; sautee30 seconds or until garlic is lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in the remaining ingredients. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
