Linguine With Garlic-And-Red Pepper Oil Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed red pepper |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Garlic cloves - minced (large) |
6 cups | 1422ml | Hot cooked linguine |
(1 pound uncooked pasta) | ||
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add red pepper, and cook 2 minutes. Add garlic; sautee30 seconds or until garlic is lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in the remaining ingredients. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
