Lobster Rolls Recipe - Cooking Index
6 oz | 170g | Cooked lobster meat - coarsely chopped |
= (abt 2 large tails - 1 1/4 cups) | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Capers - drained |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Finely-chopped celery |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||

Tender lettuce leaves |
Gently mix the lobster meat, lemon juice and mayonnaise in a bowl. Fold in the capers, celery and pepper to taste.
Heat the rolls in the oven until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes. Cut each roll in half and spoon the lobster salad between the warm halves and add a few leaves lettuce to each.
This recipe yields 2 main-course servings.
