Kincaid's Dungeness Crab Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Fresh Dungeness crab meat - or thawed frozen |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - thinly sliced (small) |
1 | Artichoke hearts - (14 oz) - drained, and | |
Cut into 1/4" pieces | ||
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Minced fresh parsley |
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, artichoke hearts and cheese, mixing well. Turn the mixture into an oven-safe shallow baking dish, such as a gratin dish.
Bake until the dip is bubbly on the edges, 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish it with minced parsley. Serve with assorted breads, if desired.
This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
