| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
| 8 | Fresh plum tomatoes - chop | |
| 1 | Whole tomatoes - chop | |
| 10 | Fresh basil leaves - chop | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Pasta - cook |
Sauteegarlic until almost brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over pasta.
