Cucumber Mint Raita Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurt |
Salt - to taste | ||
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced mint leaves |
Peel, seed and grate the cucumber. Combine it and the yogurt in a small bowl. Add salt to taste and the mint. Chill the raita until ready to serve.
This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
Each 1/4 cup: 27 calories; 68 mg sodium; 5 mg cholesterol; 1 gram fat; 2 grams carbohydrates; 2 grams protein; 0.10 gram fiber.
