1 cup 237mlStrong hot coffee
3 tablespoons 45mlSugar
1/4 cup 59mlNonfat milk
1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozCoconut rum
2 cups 474mlIce cubes
  Freshly-ground nutmeg - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Pour coffee and sugar into blender and pulse a few times to dissolve sugar. Add milk and coconut rum. Add ice cubes and blend until drink is frothy and ice cubes are crushed, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses, spooning foam on top of drink. Top with ground nutmeg.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
