Coco Java Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Strong hot coffee |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Nonfat milk |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Coconut rum |
2 cups | 474ml | Ice cubes |
Freshly-ground nutmeg - to taste |
Pour coffee and sugar into blender and pulse a few times to dissolve sugar. Add milk and coconut rum. Add ice cubes and blend until drink is frothy and ice cubes are crushed, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses, spooning foam on top of drink. Top with ground nutmeg.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
