OR 1 tb fresh oregano - chopped | ||

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |

1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Semolina flour - durum |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano - dried or liquid |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil - optional |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Lemon juice - (1 1/2 to 2) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Water - if and as needed |
Use whatever method you normally use for mixing and kneading the dough, or follow manufacturer's directions for the machine, watching consistency carefully. Makes about 1/2 pound. Variations:
Lemon Pepper: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper. Lemon Dill: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon dill weed. Lemon Rosemary: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves.
