1 teaspoon 5mlOregano - dried or liquid
  OR 1 tb fresh oregano - chopped
1   Egg
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
  Electric Extruder
1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozSemolina flour - durum
1 teaspoon 5mlOregano - dried or liquid
1 tablespoon 15mlVegetable oil - optional
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlLemon juice - (1 1/2 to 2)
1 tablespoon 15mlWater - if and as needed

Recipe Instructions

Use whatever method you normally use for mixing and kneading the dough, or follow manufacturer's directions for the machine, watching consistency carefully. Makes about 1/2 pound. Variations:

Lemon Pepper: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper. Lemon Dill: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon dill weed. Lemon Rosemary: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves.
