1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced sun-dried tomatoes - not oil-packed |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mixed herbs - see * Note |

* Note: Use herbs such as dried rosemary, basil, parsley, thyme, oregano or marjoram.
Combine olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes and mixed herbs. Let stand several hours or overnight before using. Drizzle or brush over crackers just before serving.
This recipe yields 36 crackers.
