Lemon Garlic Pasta Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced garlic |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Red pepper flakes |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Linguine or spaghetti - cooked and drained |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated lemon zest |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Coarse salt |
Freshly ground pepper | ||
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped fresh Italian parsley |
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
