Lemon Chive Fettuccine Recipe - Cooking Index
6 oz | 170g | Fettuccine - uncooked |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Sour cream |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh chives - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon peel - grated |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soft margarine |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | White pepper |
Boil 3 quarts water. Add fettuccine. Stir until water boils again (about 30 seconds). Cook 10-12 minutes and drain. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with fettuccine. Serve hot as a side to poultry or as a refreshing entree.
