Recipe Ingredients

500   Italian sausage
500   Ground beef
2   Celery - chopped
2   Carrots - chopped
1   Onion - chopped (large)
1   Canned Italian tomatoes
400   Tomato paste
10   Lasagna noodles - cooked
2 1/2   Salt
10   Oregano
1   Pepper
500   Mozzarella cheese - shredded
1   Garlic clove
750   Cottage cheese
2   Eggs - beaten
100   Parmesan cheese
30   Parsley

Recipe Instructions

1. Combine meat, celery, carrots, onion, garlic; cook till soft.

2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, oregano, and pepper. Simmer.

3. Mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese and parsley.

4. Layer meat sauce, cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, and cooked lasagna
