6 | Boiling potatoes - (abt 3/4 lb) - cut in half (small) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Steam or boil potatoes until fork tender, about 12 to 15 minutes. Drain potatoes, then toss with butter and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
