One-Pot Tuna Noodles Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Water |
1 | Wide egg noodles - (8 oz) | |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Frozen mixed vegetables |
1 | Tuna | |
1 | Condensed Cheddar cheese soup | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil; add egg noodles. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mixed vegetables; cook 5 minutes more.
Stir in tuna, Cheddar cheese soup, milk and pepper. Heat through. Let stand a couple of minutes then serve.
