1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ketchup |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground mustard |
Cayenne pepper - to taste | ||
3 | Hot pepper sauce | |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Lemon juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Vinegar |
Combine sugar, Worcestershire, ketchup, oil, salt, mustard, dash cayenne, pepper sauce, lemon juice and vinegar. Stir vigorously or shake in lidded container to mix.
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup.
