1 tablespoon | 15ml | Korean malt syrup (mool yut) - see * Note |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sesame oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |

2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Beef rib eye - sliced |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||

Into 1/2" pieces for garnish |
Combine soy sauce, malt syrup, sesame oil, sugar and garlic. Marinate rib eye in soy sauce mixture about 30 minutes.
Stir-fry meat in skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, 4 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with green onion if desired.
This recipe yields 5 to 6 servings.
