Sweet Miso Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet yellow miso |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Rice vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Minced ginger root |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sesame oil |
Blend mayonnaise, miso, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and sesame oil in food processor or blender. Store up to 1 week in refrigerator.
Use for salads or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
This recipe yields 1/2 cup.
Each tablespoon: 69 calories; 304 mg sodium; 4 mg cholesterol; 5 grams fat; 5 grams carbohydrates; 1 gram protein; 0.11 gram fiber.
