1/2 cup 118mlMayonnaise
2 teaspoons 10mlGrated ginger root
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlChile oil - (to 1/4 tspn)
2 teaspoons 10mlChopped cilantro
2 teaspoons 10mlSeasoned rice vinegar

Recipe Instructions

Combine mayonnaise, ginger root, chile oil, cilantro and vinegar in small dish. (Can be made 1 day ahead and refrigerated, covered airtight.) Serve chilled.

This recipe yields 1/2 cup.
