2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Semolina flour 2 cups 3 cups |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Wheat germ 2 Tbsp 3 Tbsp |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar 1 Tbsp 1 1/2 Tbsp |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Salt 1 1/4 tsp 1 1/2 tsp |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Oilsesame seeds, toasted 1/4 cup 1/3 cup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil 2 Tbsp 3 Tbsp |
1 | Water 3/4 Cup plus 2 Tbsp |
Put the ingredients in the top part into the bread tin in the order suggested by your bread machine instructions (usually liquid first, then flour, then yeast).
Use basic bread cycle setting.
