| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ground chuck or turkey |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - chop (large) |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic - mince |
| 32 oz | 909g | Tomato sauce |
| 1 | Tomato paste | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Dried parsley |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |

Brown meat, onions and garlic in olive oil. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1-1/2 hours. Live with Regis and Kathie Lee.
